The Tarot of a Moon Garden is a feminine, romantic deck with a fantasy feel. Butterflies, unicorns, castles, and faeries are everywhere in this enchanted garden, and it's a nice deck for tarot readers whom are water and or moon connected as far as dominant rulership is concerned.

Reverend Graves for example,  is born a Cancer under the western astrological dictation, which is a water sign and is ruled by the moon directly. She also is born under the Water Buffalo easternly,  and houses the position of High Priestess in her astrological chart, therefore she perfers to use the Tarot of a Moon Garden deck when she does any sort of tarot readings, especially for her congregation and has been proven very accurate to the point of turning down multiple jobs as a professional tarot reader over the last 25 years resulting from word-of-mouth accuracy to her readings!

Each card depicts a moon phase, which represents the triple goddess aspect of maiden, mother and crone. Thus adding to the interpretation of the deck. The artwork is fanciful and colorful with most scenes illustrating a moon lit night. To most readers and seekers who are new to the tarot, the cards Death, The Devil and the Ten of Swords often strike terror in their minds. However, this is not the case with this deck. Karen has not painted one frightening card in her deck. Who's to say such cards need to be a frightening experience?

The deck is divided into swords, staffs (wands), cups and pentacles. Dragonflies form the hilt of the swords to illuminate their lessons. Instead of the traditional living wood, the staffs are still rooted in the ground as in tree trunks. This illumes to grounding the energies. The pentacles are on bubbles to represent magical manifestation.
